Description
In partnership with the City’s Department of Community Response, the City’s Street to Housing Pilot Program will transition approximately 100 households from the encampment directly to permanent housing using a rapid rehousing (RRH) model with 12-24 months of rental assistance, case management, and continued supports to help households stabilize and avoid returning to homelessness.
Performance Period: January 2025 – June 2027
The Street to Housing Pilot Program has an aggressive timeline to meet State Encampment Resolution Funding obligation and expenditure deadlines. The program anticipates moving approximately 20 households a month into housing starting in February 2025.
