The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced companies for a comprehensive web-based social media management tool to manage the Library’s social media channels and provide ongoing support. The Library is accepting proposals for a three (3)-year contract with the possibility of two additional one (1)-year renewals at the option of the Library, through May 2030. The contract will commence in May 2025. These dates are subject to change.

The Sacramento Public Library Authority has partnered with Bonfire Interactive, a new e-Procurement platform, to create a portal that will allow you to view all bid opportunities, receive notifications of bidding opportunities and submit bids to the Library electronically. This RFP notice is published on PlanetBids by the City of Sacramento as a service to those vendors registered with the City. Potential Proposers must access the Bonfire site in order to respond to this RFP.

Upon release of this RFP, all Contractor communications must be done using the Bonfire
platform. Unauthorized contact with Sacramento Public Library staff regarding the RFP may result in disqualification. Any oral communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Sacramento Public Library Authority.

Questions must be submitted to the Bonfire website prior to 5:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025.
