Fran Jemmott is the CEO of the Jemmott/Rollins Group, inc. a management consulting firm specializing in capacity building, leadership and fund development for non-profit organizations. Founded in 2003, her firm partners with private foundations and government to assure fair and equitable access to resources for community-based efforts.
Fran’s background in philanthropy and organizational management with a strong commitment to social justice has garnered significant recognition. The firm’s current work supports the City of Vernon CA CommUNITY Fund; the Conrad Hilton Foundation’s South Los Angeles Collaboration to End Homelessness; and LA Care Community Benefits Plan for its Equity and Resilience Initiative. Over two decades the firm supported more than one thousand organizations and generated more than ten million dollars for organizations and their communities.
