Scope of Services
The work to be performed under these Special Provisions consists of restroom improvements at Land Park in Sacramento at 4800 Land Park Drive. The improvements are confined to a 2,500 S.F. area, and include an existing restroom building and sitework demolition, grading, irrigation modifications, landscape repairs, concrete walkways, coordination of a prefabricated restroom installation, sewer line and electrical.
