The City of Sacramento’s Information Technology Department and the Entertainment Services Division are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop and implement a comprehensive, user-friendly online entertainment permitting system to streamline the application, review, and approval process for all Entertainment Services Division (ESD) permit types, which include Entertainment, Film, and Special Events, within the City’s jurisdiction.
