We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal to operate a café and bar & restaurant at Sacramento International Airport (SMF) located pre-security within Terminal B. The Sacramento County Department of Airports (Department) desires to enter into a Food and Beverage Concession Agreement with an operator to remodel, operate, and maintain food and beverage services for Airport customers and employees.
The concessions opportunity consists of two food and beverage concession spaces, previously a café and bar & restaurant. The spaces total approximately 3,700 square feet, are connected via back-of-house operations, and will be offered as a single package. The Department seeks one operator to open both spaces, providing high-quality, locally branded offerings for customers over a 10-year term in accordance with the Department’s standards and specifications.
The Department will conduct a virtual pre-proposal conference on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. PST and a site visit Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. PST. The deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, February 21, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. PST. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process.
