Scope of Services
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sacramento (“CITY”) will receive sealed bids electronically from contractors licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services no later than the bid due date and time stated above. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the CITY’s electronic bid management system, PlanetBids (PB™). It is the responsibility of the Bidder to submit their bid with sufficient time to be received by PlanetBids (PB™) prior to the bid due date and time. The receiving deadline is absolute. Allow time for technical difficulties, uploading, and unexpected delays.
Respondents must be registered with the City’s electronic bid management system (PlanetBids PB™) to access all solicitation documents related to this Request for Proposals (RFP). Once registered within the City’s electronic bid management system (PlanetBids PB™), you will be automatically notified of Q & A alerts, updates and addenda.
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish contractual price agreements (labor and materials) for a payment distribution platform. Contractors must be licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services stated herein.

Other Details
It is understood that except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the CONTRACTOR shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time, including City of Sacramento Business Operations Tax Certificate.
