Description
Scope of Services
The California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Chapter 17 establishes the California Surface Water Treatment Rule (SWTR) which requires that all surface water suppliers conduct a sanitary survey of their watershed(s) at least once every five years. The selected consulting firm will prepare a watershed sanitary survey update for the Sacramento River Watershed to meet the needs of the six participating agencies. The watershed sanitary survey will include evaluation of applicable data from the participating water agencies and ambient water quality monitoring data for the period of calendar years 2020-2024. Consulting firm will be responsible for coordinating with the City of Sacramento’s Project Manager and distributing agendas, meeting summaries, project review materials, work products, and other relevant materials to the Technical Committee. Consulting firm will present report highlights, findings, and recommendations at two presentations: a presentation to participating agencies and a presentation to the participating agencies and DDW.
